Daily Itinerary

Day 1 – August 23rd: Arrival & Opening Ceremony

  • Arrive at Cairo Airport, Egypt.
  • You will be met by our representative at the airport and taken to Mena House
  • Check-in at Mena House Hotel – rest and enjoy the amenities that Mena House offers
  • Opening Circle (Meeting Room): 7 pm
    • This is where you will meet everyone
    • We will share our intentions and personal mastery goals for the retreat
    • Sayed will prepare us energetically to work with Egypt’s ancient sites
    • Once our container is set, Michelle will channel a special welcome from the Council of 8
    • We will dine at the hotel afterwards (delicious Egyptian cuisine).
  • Overnight at Mena House Hotel.

Day 2 – August 24th: Giza Pyramids & Sphinx

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast at Mena House Hotel.
  • Private Visit to the Great Pyramid’s King’s Chamber (2 hours). A ceremony will be held inside the chamber
  • Explore the Giza Plateau with Sayed our guide, known as the Wisdom Keeper of the Pyramids
  • Private Visit to the Sphinx Enclosure (1 hour), where we will hold a meditation
  • Camel Ride in the pyramids area ( Optional )
  • Lunch at the famous Blue Lotus Restaurant (en route to Saqqara)
  • Free afternoon.
  • Dinner at Mena House Hotel 7 PM
  • Michelle will be Channeling the Council of 8, there will be an activation of your crystalline structure.

Day 3 – August 25th: Flight to Aswan & Temple of Isis

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast at the hotel (or breakfast box, depending on flight time).
  • Fly to Aswan (City of Gold – Heart Chakra).
  • Visit the Temple of Isis (An ancient pilgrimage site linked to Sirius).
  • Check-in to Nile Cruise (Boarding @ noon).
  • Welcome drink on board the Iris Dahabiya
  • Great Nile River Ceremony by Sayad
  • Dinner on board
  • Jill leads a group regression hypnosis after dinner.
  • Overnight at Iris Dahabiya.

Day 4 – August 26th: Kom Ombo (Temple of Sobek & Horus)

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast on board
  • Sail the Nile, docking at Kom Ombo Temple (dual temple of Sobek & Horus)
  • Lunch on board
  • Afternoon a journaling exercise set by Jill
  • Dinner on board
  • Evening Work: Channeling the Council of 8 (Q & A Mich)
  • Overnight at Iris Dahabiya.

Day 5 – August 27th: Edfu Temple & Luxor (Temple of Man)

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast on board
  • Visit Edfu Temple (dedicated to Horus – Egypt’s best-preserved temple).
  • Sail to Luxor (“Temple of Man” – aligns with human chakras).
  • All meals on board.
  • Workshop the ‘10 Tubes of Light’ exercise after dinner with Jill
  • Hypnosis session with Jill and Michelle
  • Overnight at Iris Dahabiya.

 

Day 6 – August 28th: Dendera & Abydos (Hathor & Osirion)

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast on board.
  • Drive to Dendera Temple (Healing Center of Hathor).
  • Visit Abydos (The sacred city of Osiris) & Osirion (a 2-hour private visit).
  • Lunch at Flower of Life Hotel (Abydos).
  • Return to Luxor; check in at Jolie Ville Resort.
  • Dinner at the hotel.
  • Michelle will share Messages from Spirit after dinner
  • We will gather next to the Nile for deep conversations
  • Overnight at Jolie Ville Resort.

Day 7 – August 29th: Karnak Temples & Return to Cairo

  • Morning Meditation & Channeling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit Karnak Temples ( The Largest Temple Complex).
  • Channeling in Sekhmet’s Chapel (Solar goddess of purification).
  • Lunch at Al Hussein Restaurant.
  • Fly to Cairo.
  • Dinner at Mena House Hotel.
  • After such a big day, it is time to rest, catch up with friends, journal, swim, have a massage
  • Overnight at Mena House Hotel.

Day 8 – August 30th: Saqqara & Dahshur Pyramids

  • Morning meditation and channelling with Mich and Jill 
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Visit Saqqara:
    • Serapeum (Underground tunnels of ancient technology).
    • Sound Healing Hospital Ruins.
  • Bent Pyramid & Red Pyramid (Dahshur).
  • Lunch at Sakkara Country Club.
  • Free afternoon.- visit the Bazaar, have afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton or ask Sayad about a cooking lesson
  • Gala Dinner at Saheb El Saada Restaurant (dancing/drumming experience Egyptian Culture).
  • Michelle and Jill will be hypnotised, you will be able to ask them question
  • Overnight at Mena House Hotel.

 

Day 9 – August 31st: Cairo Museum & Old Cairo

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Cairo Museum (treasures of the pharaohs).
  • Old Cairo:
    • The oldest mosque in Egypt, incredible architecture
    • Abu Serga Church (Holy Family refuge) walk in their footsteps
  • Lunch at Azhar Park.
  • Free afternoon ( Journal/ swim/ catch up with new friends)
  • Dinner at Mena House Hotel.
  • Jill will connect you with 4 of your sacred archetypes, through a guided meditation, a simple modality for life
  • Overnight at Mena House Hotel.

Day 10 – September 1st: Healing & Celebration

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Egyptian Healing Class: Learn the uses of sacred oils from Saqqara with texts & a chakra activation
  • Jill will hold a discourse on Thread distortion and guided meditation to communicate with your spirit guides
  • Bring your journals to record the messages you receive
  • Lunch at Mamluk Hotel (pyramids view).
  • Celebration Dinner at Pyramids-View Hotel.
  • Closing circle and goodbyes – meditation- final energy clearing pre-departure

Day 11 – September 2nd: Journey Home

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check-out at noon  (extra days available for extensions).
  • Airport transfer based on flight times.

According to the regulations of the Egyptian Central Bank travellers are allowed at departure or arrival to carry the maximum amount of:

  • 10,000 US dollars (ten thousand) or an equivalent amount in other currencies.
  • 5,000 Egyptian pounds.

Prohibited Items
As shown in the website of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs the items that travellers are not allowed to carry at their arrival in or departure from Egypt include:

  • Medical drugs that cannot be dispensed without a prescription such as Tramadol, Xanax, Librax and other medicines.
  • Real and toy arms, ammunition, explosives or any other substances containing explosive materials such as firearms and crackers.
  • All kinds of artifacts.
  • All kinds of narcotics.
  • Subsidised commodities except for personal use.
  • Wildlife in all forms (live, embalmed, slaughtered), except with a veterinary quarantine clearance.

First: At arrival:
The following items brought in the country by tourists and transit travellers are exempt from customs duties:

  • Used clothes and jewellery and all carried items, including cameras, audio and video recorders, theatre glasses, musical instruments, mobile phones, disabled chairs and sports equipment provided that are not meant for trade.
  • New gift items worth at most 1,500 Egyptian pounds each provided that they are not meant for trade.
  • Personal medical drugs.
  • Personal items purchased from duty-free markets within the same customs area.

What to wear:

  • Loose comfortable natural fibres – cotton or linen
  • Baggy long trousers with a loose-fitting top
  • Summer Kaftans
  • Hats rather than a cap to protect you from the sun
  • Loads of sunscreen
  • An umbrella if you prefer not to wear a hat
  • Comfortable shoes for all the walking you will be doing
  • A light shawl or scarf to wrap around your shoulders during the evenings, especially on the boat

 Once you have submitted this booking form, one of our team will reach out to you directly within two working days to answer any final questions and complete the booking process with you.
