- Payment Data: Processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details.

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
- Directly: Most data is provided by you when you book a session, sign up for a newsletter, or participate in a consultation.
- Indirectly (IPP 3A Compliance): In cases where you book a session for another person (e.g, a non-verbal individual or a minor), we collect their information through you.
Legal Warranty: If you provide information about another person, you warrant that you are their legal guardian or have obtained their express permission to share their data with us. Under the NZ 2026 IPP 3A Amendment, we take reasonable steps to ensure all participants are aware of how their data is used.
4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We use your information to:
- Deliver tailored mediumship, channeling, and healing services.
- Facilitate telepathic heart-connections and “voice for the voiceless” sessions.
- Manage bookings, payments, and client communications.

- Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your records. Session notes are stored in a secure, password-protected environment, within Zoom. This information will be shared with you after your session, it is your responsibility to download the session within 3 days of receiving it, as it will be deleted.
- Retention: We retain personal information for as long as required for business and legal purposes (typically 7 years for tax records). You may request the deletion of your session data at any time.
7. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding your data:
- The Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- The Right to Correction: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
