Energy healing creates a gentle, nurturing space where your body can finally release what it has been holding. Through breath work, sound, music, and intuitive energy work, I support your system as it returns to balance, calm, and a state of natural regulation.

This work is trauma-informed and deeply compassionate. At the same time, it meets you exactly where you are, with no judgment, no force, and no expectations. As a result, many people experience relaxation, emotional clarity, physical relief, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and their own inner peace, while also feeling lighter and more joyful.

What Is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a holistic approach that works with your body’s natural energy systems to restore balance and flow. Instead of only addressing symptoms, this approach gently supports the underlying energetic and emotional patterns that affect your wellbeing on every level, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

For many, energy healing brings peace and reconnection back to you. In addition, it supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself in a way that feels natural, safe, and honouring of your unique journey.

This work also beautifully complements medical care, therapy, and other healing modalities. However, it does not replace professional treatment and instead supports your overall healing and wellness. You are your own healer, and I act as the bridge or conduit that supports your inner healing.

It was an incredibly difficult time in my life as my dad was about to pass away and it was bringing up memories of my moms passing in 2014. The reading brought me a great deal of comfort and peace.

What stood out to me was how compassionate, gentle and intuitive she was throughout the session. There were things that came up during the reading that genuinely surprised me and left a lasting impression on me. While listening to her, I thought she would be someone I’d really like to have a session with.
What drew me to her, was her vulnerability, authentic self disclosure, relatability, and humor… and the message that “love is why we’re here!”
I was also intrigued about the group of angelic beings of the light and ascended masters that she channels called the Council of Eight.

I soon made an appointment with Mich and she did not disappoint!!Everything that I saw on that interview she brought to our sessions and more. She is the real deal!!
The Council of Eight have come through in many of our sessions with guidance, support, humor, and great love.
Mich has recently started channeling the Pleiadians and in a most recent session, the Pleiadians came through with a message of hope, love, support and encouragement.

What affected me the most were the two channeling segments, one from The Pleiadians and the other from The Council of Eight.
